His Holiness will guide us through the original framework of vegetarianism and plant-based diet with a special emphasis on cow (Gomātā) centered living. He will summarize a few foundational concepts of grassroots organic farming built around varieties of grazing grass as fodder for cow and the use of pañca-gāvya – the five parts of cow products that are essential for Vedic farming built around the cow-pen. Is cow milk an animal protein or is it vegetarian?
His Holiness will share his insights about the principles of vermiculture arising out of the soil-fertilization using cow-urine vinegar mixed with a slurry of dung. In this respect, use of sacred ash as fertilizer collected from the Vedic fire ceremonies that have been energized through the use of mantra will be mentioned. Can the cow dung be used as medicine by converting it into energized ash?
His Holiness will articulate on tangible aspects of vegetarian cooking using the Vedic farming of millets and lentils. He will specifically mention the extraction and utilization of the plant-based protein from lentils that are cooked to eliminate the lectins and germinating gas stored inside the beans. In this light, He will explain the primary elements necessary for the development of foetus inside the amniotic fluid and how we can increase our IQ through a vegetarian diet using the principle of iodinated food. Should we eat sea vegetables like what the fish eat? Are we evolved amphibians?
His Holiness will showcase the power of high quality fat in cruelty free medicated ghee that has been made using the proper method harnessing the unique gift of cows. How much cow milk do we have the right to consume after the calves have their fill?
He will elaborate on the blessings of the cows, the strength of the therapeutic ghee in making our brains excel in memorization and mathematics, as well as the coordinated use of finger and hand movements to aid in memorization and increase mathematical calculation speed.
His Holiness will share a few video excerpts that highlight these concepts as they relate to whole-brain learning and computational speed, thereby revealing some of the cardinal secrets of real vegetarianism.
