Join us for a fellowship of ceremony, chanting and discourse in the divine presence of His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda. Experience the riveting sounds of Vedic Sanskrit chanting by two visiting Vedic priests (dixit), S. Rajasekhara Dixitar and his son Selvaganesan Rajasekhara, from the renowned Chidambaram temple of southern India. This ancient temple is said to be built by Śivagaṇa, or direct disciples of Lord Śiva, in honour of the dancing Lord of time, Natarājā Śiva.

Practice healing chanting with guided voice training during the Himalayan Chanting Workshop offered in honour of Paramahansa Yogananda's 125th birthday commemoration. Learn the basics of Sanskrit mantra chanting using auditory techniques (śruti) directly taught by His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda, renowned for his chanting expertise. An Ayurvedic snack will be served following the chanting practice. This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those already fluent with mantra chanting.
