Thereafter practice a step by step guided meditation led by our saintly Himalayan monk\, His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda. Experience authentic wisdom teachings\, pranayama breathwork\, mantra chanting\, devotional singing\, blessing line (darshan) and blissful meditation. \nThe fellowship will begin at 6pm. All Saints by the Sea has a few parking lots located on either side of the Sanctuary as well as across the street near the office. Experience an in-person workshop on Himalayan cleansing breathing techniques. Learn how to properly practice and differentiate the pranayama techniques of Kapālabhāti and Bhastrikā along with Agnisāra-dhauti and integrate them into your daily routine.
