Registration is per person by honor system\, so please register accordingly. \nSaturday session will include: \n– Prāṇāyāma breathing as per the Patañjali Yogasutra\n– Affirmations that form Himalayan mindfulness practices\n– Open eye meditation on Oṃ at 432Hz while gazing at a lamp\n– Synchronized breathing and energization with Oṃ at 432Hz\n– Neuromuscular relaxation and meditation on Oṃ at 528Hz\n– Mindfulness breathing synchronized with So-haṃ chanting\n– Spinal energization yoga-vinyāsa using the mountain pose \nSunday session will include:\n– Himalayan prāṇāyāma techniques using internal locks\n– How to sing\, chant and listen to the Oṃ\n– Breathing to cleanse energy channels\n– Unique brain alertness breathing technique\n– Balancing breath of fire for improving digestion\n– Breathwork to harness the kundalini life-energy \nPrior experience with ujjāyi breathing\, known as the “breath of victory”\, is very helpful\, however this internal breathing technique will also be briefly reviewed during the workshop. Full moon blessings from a highly realized spiritual master on the day of Guru Purnimā are hailed to be of immense spiritual significance. Over the years many of you have experienced the profound blessings and bliss during our in-person blessing line by His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda. As is the tradition on Guru Purnimā\, many devotees make voluntary love offerings of fruits\, flowers and/or donations in honour of this auspicious occasion. \nAs we will not be gathering in-person we wanted to take a moment to share the various ways in which you can participate in this time-honored tradition remotely. Sri Krishna is hailed as the jagad-guru (lineage head) of our meditation lineages and is honoured as the supreme divine personality of Sanskrit-based spiritual tradition of dharma.  \nDuring this two-day online workshop\, experience the power of Sanskrit chanting\, discourse and a Q & A style session\, yoga-vinyāsa\, guided So-Ham pranayama\, live guided meditation\, devotional music and blessings with our Himalayan monk and living saint\, His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda.  \nA unique feature of this workshop is the Fellowship Challenge Quiz\, to be completed online after you register. These questions are not frequently asked questions (FAQ) but rather succinct teachings of Bhāgavad-dharma. This quiz is extracted from writings by His Holiness. You will learn and imbibe chaste spiritual philosophy of the Sanskrit heritage by attempting to answer to the best of your ability. Relatively easy to attempt questions have been selected for this quiz. His Holiness will discuss the quiz and its correct answers on Sunday\, 9th August in a Q & A style format followed by a discourse.  \nThe discourse offered by His Holiness will focus on the conceptual framework for devotional understanding of the Supreme Divine Personality of God\, and His descension on earth among the natural world. The discourse will be based on Vedānta treatises\, Srimad Bhāgavatam and Bhagavad Gitā. \nTaking the Fellowship Challenge Quiz\nAfter you register you will receive a confirmation email with a link to take the challenge. It is your opportunity to begin contemplating on the teachings.
